DETAILED ITINERARY OF 10 DAYS KENYA HONEYMOON SAFARI
Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi and Transfer to a Honeymoon Suite
On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be picked up by our driver guide and transferred to your hotel in Nairobi. You will receive a complimentary welcome bouquet of flowers, check – in at Honeymooner’s suite with full board meals.
Dinner and overnight: Nairobi Safari Club or Fairmont

Day 2: Floodlit Animal Spectacle
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and leave for Treetops, arriving in time for lunch, check in and enjoy your meals. In the evening you will go for a game viewing experience to see animals as they stay near the waterholes and enjoy a floodlit animal spectacle after dinner as the animals come to the waterholes, probably in a moonlight environment. Dinner and overnight at Treetops.

Day 3: Game Drive and Stay at Sweetwater’s Luxury Camp
Enjoy breakfast and proceed to Nanyuki arriving in time for lunch at Sweetwater’s luxury camp, this luxury accommodation provides accommodation in luxurious tents set under thatch, with en-suite facilities and private verandahs. Each tent overlooks the waterhole.
Within the quaint, original farmhouse is the dining room, bar and reception with its superb accommodation, personal service, first class cuisine and outstanding array of activities. There are optional activities, including night game drives, walking safaris escorted by a knowledgeable ranger, bird walks, camel safaris and outdoor dining. There is plenty to do to keep you entertained and busy.

Day 4: Transfer to Nairobi
Enjoy breakfast and transfer to Nairobi arriving in time for lunch at the famous Carnivore Restaurant (one of the best small restaurants in the world).
After lunch, you will transfer to your hotel where you will spend the rest of the day at rest or can opt to go shopping in Nairobi City.
Overnight at the Nairobi Safari club.

Day 5: Tsavo West National Park
Enjoy breakfast and drive to Tsavo West National Park while enjoying amazing views along the way, arrive in time for lunch at your lodge after check-in. Afterwards, go for an afternoon game drive where you may have sightings of big elephant herds, lesser kudu, lion or cheetahs. You will also see hippos and the roaring lions. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Taita Hills Sanctuary
Enjoy breakfast, and proceed to Taita Hills Sanctuary. Have lunch at Salt Lick Lodge after check in, this beautiful lodge is one of the most photographed safari lodges in the world built in the slits and you can watch the regular ambush by the predator at the floodlit saltwater hove.
You have an option of an afternoon game drive in the plains of Tsavo West National Park and enjoy spotting various animals including lions, leopards, cape buffaloes, elephants among others.
Overnight and Dinner at Salt Lick Lodge

Day 7: Hemingway’s Resort (Malindi)
Have breakfast and proceed to Mombasa, head toward Malindi for Watamu Airstrip and have a connecting fight, meet your guide and transfer you to Hemingway’s Resort.
Rooms at Hemingway’s Resort have been individually furnished to the highest standard using hand-made pieces designed by Armando Tanzini and Charles Tyler, with original paintings by Lisa Dickinson. The resort’s flooring of the living and bedroom area is to be finished in a dark hardwood rather than a ceramic tile thus giving the rooms even more individuality, all suites have satellite television, incorporating His & Hers basins. For guests wishing for entertainment in their room, a kitchenette/service area has been incorporated along with a guest cloakroom and shower.

Day 8 – 9: Hemingway’s Resort
Spend your days relaxing in the pristine beach, there are several optional activities to do such as windsurfing, snorkeling, creek fishing or take a boat trip to explore the beaches.

Day 10: Mombasa
After breakfast, you will leave for Mombasa Airport with a connecting flight at Watamu. Enjoy lunch in Mombasa and later leave for Mombasa Airport in time for your flight back home.
